You will work with our team to deliver innovative solutions that solve challenging client problems, managing projects from discovery through go-live and beyond. This role involves direct client engagement, configuration, training, data migration, integration, and post-implementation support. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end D365 implementations for new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and create system design
  • Participate in software configuration, testing, training and deployment
  • Lead discovery sessions, system walkthroughs, and user training
  • Become proficient in assigned products
  • Perform project management duties as directed
  • Ensure quality assurance measures
  • Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Mentor associates on software functionality and methodologies to contribute to team success

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in professional services and/or accounting leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration
  • Knowledge of major business life-cycles in finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and production
  • Familiarity with D365 Finance/Dynamics AX or other mid-market ERP
  • Understanding of database structure and design
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Possess time management skills
