We are seeking a Senior Sage 100 Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting practice. This role is ideal for an experienced Sage 100 professional who enjoys working directly with clients, leading implementations, solving complex business problems, and delivering high‑quality ERP solutions across a variety of industries.

 

As a senior consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, owning project delivery from discovery through go‑live and post‑implementation support. You will collaborate with functional and technical consultants while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of our Sage practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Sage 100 implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects
  • Conduct business process reviews, requirements gathering, and gap/fit analysis
  • Configure Sage 100 modules including Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Job Cost (based on experience)
  • Perform data migration, testing, and validation
  • Deliver end‑user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and system issues
  • Serve as a primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and best practices
  • Support pre‑sales activities including solution design, estimates, and demos as needed
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Meet utilization targets and complete project documentation and timesheets accurately

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands‑on Sage 100 consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementations in a consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting and operational workflows
  • Experience working directly with clients in a billable, client‑facing role
  • Ability to independently manage workstreams and multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills
  • U.S. work authorization required
